Q1. How do I download the party games?
1. Click on the download links on the downloads page.
2. When prompted to save the file to a location, select an appropriate place (e.g., desktop).
3. Once downloaded double click on the folder to extract the files.
Q2. How do I open the party games once I have downloaded them?
Once you have downloaded the party games all you have to do is double click on the ‘Zipped’ folder to extract them. Once the files are extracted you then double click on the individual files to print them through Adobe Acrobat.
Q3. Why do I need WinZip?
WinZip is used to compress the party games files to make the files sizes small and faster to download. Most computers view ‘zipped’ files as a folder so all you need to do to open the folder is to double click on it. If this doesn't work you might need to download WinZip to ‘extract’ the files. You can download WinZip as a free download from www.WinZip.com.
Q4. Why do I need Acrobat Reader?
We use Adobe Acrobat as it a commonly used format that can be viewed on any computer system. Acrobat Reader is a free download from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Q5. I have just purchased a party game but I can’t find where to down load them from?
Once you have purchased the party games you should be taken directly to the downloads page (please be patient as this may take a few seconds depending on your connection speed). If this doesn’t happen follow the steps in Q6.
Q6. Can I download the party games again?
Yes, you can download the party games again by following these simple steps:
1. Click on the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of the screen.
2. Enter the Email and Password details you used when purchasing the party games.
3. Click on the ‘Review Previous Orders’ option.
4. Your previous orders will now be displayed, click on the order number to access an order and then click on the products to download the party game.
5. The party games can be downloaded a maximum 3 times.
Q7. I have Adobe Acrobat but I still can’t view the party games?
Check if you have version 4 or higher, if you don’t you need to download the most recent version. Acrobat Reader is a free download from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Q9. I still can’t access/download/open/print the party games I’ve purchased?
